MSC Customer Service Program

• Carrying case, lead wires, batteries, charger and instruction books are included with the purchase of all units.
  
  
• FREE Lifetime Replacement of batteries and lead wires.
  
  
• No Shipping Charges on units or supplies.
  
  
• All rentals apply to purchase of unit.
  
  
• First month's supplies are FREE with the purchase of any TENS unit. MSC also sends out first month's supplies FREE with all banked units (3 packages of reusable electrodes).
  
  
• Monitored Supply Usage (Utilization Review). A claimant must call to order supplies; MSC does not telemarket claimants. If the claimant has not ordered in a three month period, MSC initiates the pickup and banking process
  
  
• MSC banks, refurbishes and recycles units at No Charge. MSC will retrieve our units or units purchased from other providers when no longer needed, refurbish them and send them to the next claimant needing a unit.
  
  
• MSC strongly advocates the placing of a cap on the supplies. If the claimant orders more than the cap allows, MSC's customer service department will call for authorization. MSC never automatically ships supplies.
  
  
• MSC provides quarterly banked unit reports on request to verify units currently in the bank. Upon request, MSC provides monthly and/or quarterly usage and cost savings reports.
